These Terms of Service set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 10Bagger (the "Site") and its users in connection with the use of the KOSPI, KOSDAQ, S&P 500, and Nasdaq 100 Fear & Greed Index, raw market data, ownership-change and insider-trading disclosures, institutional investor trading activity, and any other services the Site may provide (collectively, the "Service").
All information provided through the Service has the following characteristics, which users must fully understand before using the Service:
The Site provides, free of charge, a Fear & Greed Index, raw market data, KOSPI/KOSDAQ ownership-change disclosures, insider trading records for U.S. listed companies, and major institutional investor trading activity ("Guru Trades"), based on market indicators the Site collects and computes itself. The Site may add to or change the items it provides as operationally necessary.
The Service may be used free of charge by anyone, without any sign-up procedure. The Site may, as operationally necessary, monetize part of the Service in the future — including through advertising — or otherwise change it, and will announce any such change on the Site in advance.
The Site may change or discontinue all or part of the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons. The Service may be temporarily suspended due to force majeure events such as circumstances at a data provider, system maintenance, or natural disasters, and such suspension may occur without prior notice. The Site does not separately compensate users for any damage arising from changes to or suspension of the Service.

Copyright in the content provided by the Site (including text, layout, editorial design, code, and computed indicators) belongs to the Site. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit this content without the Site's prior consent. When citing material or sharing it non-commercially on external communities or elsewhere, please credit the source (the Site's name or URL).
The Site may display advertising through third-party advertising services such as Google AdSense. Advertisements are served according to the policies of each advertising provider, and the Site is not responsible for the content of such advertisements or for any external sites linked from them.
The Site may amend these Terms as necessary, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will announce the effective date and content of any amendment on this page. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with use of the Service shall be resolved according to the procedures set out under applicable law.
